Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • ¼ cup porridge oats
  • 2 overripe bananas
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp powdered milk
  • 1 tbsp butter (melt before using)
  • 1 cup water
  • pinch of salt
  • Toppings (honey, maple syrup, chocolate chips, milo or bournvita, fruits etc)
