ChickenCurry or CurryChicken as some will like to call it, is a fragrant, delicious dish from South Asia, Southeast Asia, as well as in the Caribbean but this Chicken dish has found it’s way across the hearts of so many people beyond these boundaries
Instructions Combine flour and water in a bowl to form a smooth paste and set aside In a pot on medium heat, heat the chicken broth and season with curry, chilli and thyme Add onions and cook till tender, then add the flour paste and stir till broth thickens and becomes smooth Taste for salt and adjust if necessary
For this simple chickencurry dish, I decided not to use chicken breast but chicken quarters. You can use any chicken parts you like but I’ll advice that you go for soft chicken to hasten the cooking time
Add half a seasoning cube, curry and thyme. Stir Fry Chicken (Washed and drained). Transfer the vegetables (pepper) to a plate, and in that same pan add the stir fry chicken, it is important that the chicken is not dropping of water, this is meant to be stir "fried"
