This is a Nigella Lawson old fashioned chocolatecake recipe which I have adapted slightly. Bake for about 25 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before turning it out of the tin
The cake is so soft and moist and the milk chocolate frosting with scraped chocolate garnishing will not only look so good but make your sweetheart feel so special
Chocolatecake. "That chocolate taste. On baking, leave to cool before transferring onto a cake board. making your own chocolatecake ain't bad after all
Unlike this one below, the cakes were frosted and had to be transported by road. I only hope the cakes made it safe and also hope you try out the recipe below☺
So far I have created 3 cookies from it, the butterscotch fingers I shared last year, todays chocolate cookies and coconut cookies I hope to share on Saturday
However, care should be taken because, this bread, unlike the banana bread, tends to harden up fast but the Yogurt in this recipe helps to keep it moist for a longer period of time
I had over ripe avocados which i didn't want to go to waste, Some left over cocoa powder from my last batch of chocolatecupcakes and some chips I bought during the Lagos carnival
