Crispy Apple Pie

  • 1. Soak the raisins in water for some hours
  • 2. Wash, peel the back and cut the apple into small portions. Ground the apples and raisins in a food processor but not into paste.
  • 3. On a flat clean surface, sprinkle oil on top, gently start disengaging the pastry wrappers, put one wrapper on it, sprinkle oil then put another wrapper on top of another until its 3 wrappers. Fill the wrapper with the grounded apple and roll.
  • 4. Put the baking parchment paper on the baking pan, set the pies on it and sprinkle more with oil, set the oven to 160
  • 5. Bake for 20
  • 6. When baked, let to cool then sprinkle brown sugar on it.
