Ingredients

  • Almost Everyone loves egg stew (I do J) because it is one of the easiest stews to make. It’s also versatile because it can be eaten with almost anything you can think of ranging from rice, yams, beans, plantains, potatoes and most of the time bread.

  • -1 cooking spoon of Vegetable oil/Butter
  • -3 large plum Tomatoes
  • -2 medium sized Fresh pepper
  • -1 large Onion
  • -3 eggs
