Gluten and Dairy Free Choc PB Waffles

  • 210 g gluten free self raising flour
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 225 ml natural soya yoghurt
  • 45 g dairy free spread, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 150 ml dairy free milk
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons dairy free chocolate spread


    1. To make the waffles, combine all the ingredients (except the chocolate spread) in a large bowl and mix until light and fluffy

    2. Heat up your waffle iron and spray with olive oil

    3. Pour the mixture into the waffle iron and cook for 8 minutes until golden brown

    3. Once cooked, spread the waffles with dairy free chocolate spread

    4. Sandwich two waffles together and slice diagonally
