Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 – 2 handful raw green vegetable of choice (ugu, green, kale, green beans or peas)
  • 2 -3 tablespoons honey (you can substitute with sugar)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • ½ cup water
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil or butter for frying
