  • In this recipe article, you will learn how to prepare a variation of everybody's favorite Maggi Noodles with boiled eggs and without vegetables within minutes.
  • Maggi - 50 gm
  • Boiled Egg - 2 chopped in chunks
  • Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger & Garlic - Chopped
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Maggi Masala - 2 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - 3 to 4 tsp



    In a pan, pour the required amount of water, as instructed in the packet.
    Put Maggie when the water starts to boil, cook and remove from fire, keep aside
    Heat oil in the pan, add chopped ginger and garlic, add red chili powder, saute well
    Add garam masala powder and tomato ketchup, add chopped egg chunks and fry for 5 minutes.
    Add Maggi, mix well, add Maggi masala, cook for 2 minutes, mix well.
    Garnish with coriander leaves.
    Serve Hot.
