* NigerianEggFriedRice. * How to cook NigerianFriedRice. *Take off the lid, stir thoroughly and serve hot with fried plantains, chicken, fish, turkey, beef or any meat of choice
Immediately, mix in the cold rice, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Jasmine rice (2 cups – preferably cold rice – like from left over – but freshly steamed/boiled rice is okay too). Eggs (2). I call this the Classic NigerianFriedRice. I've not decided my menu this christmas but I always end up cooking FriedRice every Christmas even if it's just to "support" anything else i'm cooking
Pour the Beef Stock (meat water) into the fried puree and mix. c is also great to use but for this recipe, we'd be focusing on the main protein usually used in cooking the authentic Nigerian party jollof rice using beef
Concoction rice has been on the Nigerian food scene for ages but it was a meal I didn’t really care about because I saw so many versions of it that I didn’t really like nor enjoyed
