Many have been awaiting my friedrice recipe for a while now. I have had many opportunities to put it up as I’ve cooked friedrice lots of time in the past few months for parties and home cooking
Coconut friedrice is another delicious variation of the basic friedrice. Divide the stir-fried vegetables into equal portions depending on how much your frying pan/wok/skillet can take
Immediately, mix in the cold rice, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Jasmine rice (2 cups – preferably cold rice – like from left over – but freshly steamed/boiled rice is okay too). Fry the rice on medium heat for additional 5 minutes then combine the eggs

Think of peppered chicken or peppered beef, but this time, with fried yam. If you were raised in Nigeria, chances are you would have had your fill of the local street food, fried yam and fried plantain with a rich red tomato stew that the always never gave you enough of
