Roll out each dough on a flat, clean flour dusted surface, place the egg on the dough and gently wrap the dough around the egg, continue until you finish wrapping all eggs in the dough
Peel the garlic cloves and pick the parsley. Pound the garlic cloves with the habanero pepper and parsley using a mortar and pestle or any other kitchen tool/gadget that lets you grind/blend ingredients without adding water
