Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe plantain
  • Cabbage
  • 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2. Slice yellow onions, scallion, cabbage and red bell pepper.
  • 3. Preheat a skillet, add olive oil and the vegetables. Stir fry for three minutes then add vinegar and salt. Allow to simmer for 4 minutes as you constantly stir.
