Pork(or Chicken, Beef) in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 medium green bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 large red onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 atarodo, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of uziza
  • 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons of water, to make a slurry
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1. Parboil the meat with 1 teaspoon of salt (about 5 minutes)
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok or large pan, about 1 minute
  • 3. Add onions, green pepper, atarodo, garlic, and uziza
  • 4. Add the meat, soy and oyster sauces, stir to combine.
  • 6. Add the cornstarch slurry, stir, and simmer for 1 minute.
