  • ½ Cup of water
  • 350 g Bread flour
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • ½ Cup of warm milk
  • 1 Egg + 1 for glaze
  • 3 Teaspoons of active or instant yeast
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 100 g Melted butter
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla essence
  • The tangzhong mixture
