Ingredients

  • 50 g Bread flour
  • ¾ Cup of water
  • 300 g Bread flour
  • 100 g Melted butter
  • 1 + 1 Eggs
  • 3 Teaspoons active dry or instant yeast
  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ½ Cup of warm milk
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • A drop of vanilla essence ( Optional )
  • The tangzhong mixture.
