Gbegiri served with buka stew, pomo, sharki and ewedu soup + Amala. It's made from pureed beansand has a slightly watery texture (Just like ogi mixed with cold water just before hot water is added)

Once the meat is tender, Add some more water (The amount of water you add would be the quantity of soup you'd end up with), Pour in the dissolved ogiri and add the Cat fish, washed stock fish and dry fish, Peppersoup spice / ground uda & mkpuru uziza seeds, Cray fish

It's quite similar to Ofe Akwu (Igbo style palm nut soup) & Abak atama (Efik style palm nut soup) with the only difference being the type of spices and herbs used in preparation
Season with salt and sliced onions. Back again with another traditional soup. In my mind i was imagining the groundnut that is eaten with garri or grilled plantain

Shrimp coconut rice is prepared just the same way as the classic coconut rice although it's by far more interesting and flavorful with all the colorful vegetables and shellfish added which gives it more appeal
Okro soupand ogbono soup are a favourite with children as well as adults. So, i am sharing this version of Okro soupwith Ogbono or should i say Ogbono soupwith Okro…call it anyway you want
(Groundnut soup can be eaten in any thick consistency but I recommend not being too loose) Add crayfish at this point if you didn't blend it with the groungnut
