Ingredients

  • 3 mins stretch and warm up.
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 10 sumo burpees
  • Drop down and do 10 pushups.
  • Get up and do 20 squats
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 10 sumo burpees
  • 10 pushups
  • 20 squats.
  • Cool down with stretching for 3 mins.
