Step 1: in a bowl sieve the flour
Step 2: dice the pepper,spring onions
Step 3: in a clean bowl add the sieve flour,the dice pepper and spring onions then whisk the egg and add inside also, add your seasoning to taste
Step 4: add water gradually until well combine
Step 5: put frying pan (non stick),on heat, pour the mixture,cover and leave it to fry (in a lower heat)
Step 6: fry the bottom until it's well done then turn the other side and do the same
_ you can eat with/without pepper powder.
